I recently spent a very enjoyable long weekend with my extended family at a farmhouse near Ledbury called @PegsFarm. The inside was an assault on my design senses, as instead of symmetry or deliberate asymmetry, the walls and floors were not at all plumb or even consistently out of line, making picture hanging decisions difficult! The farmhouse was charming and our host gracious. The monochrome exterior was bold. The farmhouse, I believe dates back to the thirteenth century, so very retro. A most enjoyable experience.
