Look at what I came across whilst having a break on my road trip. The boldness, in terms of colour of the structural arch/beam supporting the balcony of this waterside home whilst also taking on the role of pergola, is an interesting feature. Then to pick out the colour again on the chimney is inspiring - gives the elevation an assymmetrical balance. I also think the the circular turret type construction on the house to the left hand side of the photograph looks interesting. Again, designing something a little different....
