We have just obtained Full Plans Approval for the conversion of a purpose built garage/small study area to part storage/more study area which involved raising the roof and altering the roof pitch to allow for suitable headroom. The conversion was also designed to bring the building in line with Building Regulations including insulating the walls, floor and roof.
